These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the websites, services, and support offered by Bubble Raffle Digital ("BRD", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our websites, purchasing a Go High Level subscription from us, or requesting support, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
BUBBLE RAFFLE DIGITAL is a reseller of Go High Level CRM software and provides training and support for that platform. Go High Level’s CRM consolidates multiple marketing tools into one interface, allowing users to capture prospects via landing pages, surveys, and forms, nurture leads with personalized email, voicemail, and SMS campaigns, and close customers with integrated payment and scheduling tools. We resell subscriptions and supply onboarding, integration, and technical support. You must maintain an active Go High Level subscription to use its software, and your use is governed by Go High Level’s own terms of service.
Our headquarters are located at 44917 Checkerbloom Drive, Temecula, California, and we can be reached at [email protected] or +1 (312) 608‑1882.
a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By registering or purchasing a plan, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.
b) Account Registration: To purchase or obtain support, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep it up‑to‑date, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
c) Third‑Party Accounts: BUBBLE RAFFLE DIGITAL services integrate with Go High Level and other third‑party platforms (e.g., Twilio, payment gateways). Use of these platforms may require separate accounts and agreement to those providers’ terms and privacy policies. Failure to comply with third‑party requirements (including A2P 10DLC registration) may result in message blocking, suspension, or additional fees.
a) Go High Level Subscription Sales: We resell Go High Level licenses. Plans and pricing are displayed on our site and may change at any time. By purchasing a subscription through BUBBLE RAFFLE DIGITAL, you authorize us to process payment and to renew subscriptions automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
b) Onboarding & Support: We offer optional setup services, integration assistance, funnel or workflow development, and technical support. Support may be provided via email, chat, phone, or screen‑sharing sessions. Some support services are fee‑based; fees will be disclosed before you purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues, but we cannot guarantee that your implementation will meet all business requirements.
c) Availability: We strive to keep our website and services available, but occasional downtime or errors may occur. Bubble Raffle Digital is not responsible for outages or delays caused by Go High Level, telecommunications providers, carriers, or other third‑party services.
a) Fees: Subscription fees, support packages, and any other charges will be billed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize our third‑party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.
b) Refunds: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are final and non‑refundable. However, Go High Level offers a free trial period; please evaluate the service during that period before purchasing. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections that override this clause.
c) Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services.
a) Lawful Use: You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws (including communications laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)) and industry guidelines like the CTIA Messaging Principles.
b) Prohibited Conduct. You shall not:
Use the services to send unsolicited or deceptive communications, spam, malware, or content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful.
Attempt to circumvent Go High Level or carrier security measures.
Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the Go High Level software.
Use Bubble Raffle Digital services in any manner that could damage, disable, or interfere with our systems or networks.
c) User Content. If you provide content (e.g., text, images, data) through our services, you warrant that you have the rights to do so and grant us a license to use that content solely for operating and improving our services. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or the privacy rights of others.
Bubble Raffle Digital uses Application‑to‑Person (A2P) messaging to deliver account notifications, marketing communications, and support updates. A2P 10DLC is a U.S. standard that requires businesses to register with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and adhere to strict consent standards. When using our messaging features, you agree to the following:
a) Registration: You are responsible for completing brand and campaign registration with the TCR (or working with Bubble Raffle Digital to do so). Brand registration requires a legal company name, EIN, business type, address, and contact details. Campaign registration requires the campaign purpose, message examples, and proof of consumer opt‑in.
b) Opt‑In Consent: You must obtain explicit consent from each recipient before sending messages. Valid opt‑ins include: providing a phone number through a web form, checking an empty checkbox, clicking a button on a mobile page, or consenting via IVR technology. Consent must be documented and separate for each campaign.
c) Confirmation Notice: Your opt‑in mechanism must display a confirmation notice stating: (a) your campaign name or product description; (b) customer care contact information; (c) opt‑out instructions; (d) notice that messages are recurring and their frequency; and (e) any applicable fees. For example: “By entering your phone number and submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS messages from [Your Business]. Message frequency may vary. Standard data rates may apply. Reply ‘STOP’ to unsubscribe or ‘HELP’ for assistance.”
d) Opt‑Out: You must honor opt‑out requests immediately. Recipients can opt out by replying “STOP”, “Unsubscribe”, or similar words, or by contacting customer support. A final confirmation of the opt‑out must be sent, and no further messages may be delivered.
e) Privacy & Data Use: You must maintain a clear Privacy Policy that is easily accessible, explains how you collect and use personal information, and is referenced in your call‑to‑action. Opt‑in data and consent must not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
f) Content Restrictions: Messages must not include prohibited content such as fraudulent, deceptive, or illicit material. You also agree to comply with each carrier’s content rules and any additional requirements imposed by Go High Level or Twilio.
g) Penalties & Enforcement: Carriers may block unregistered numbers or impose fines up to $10,000 per violation for non‑compliance. BUBBLE RAFFLE DIGITAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your messaging privileges if you violate A2P requirements.
All content on our site—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software—is the property of Bubble Raffle Digital or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or reproduce any site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
a) No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or meet your particular needs. While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all content on our site is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubble Raffle Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
b) Limitation of Liability: In no event will Bubble Raffle Digital or its owners, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or inability to access them. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the services in the preceding twelve months.
c) Third‑Party Services: We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Go High Level, carriers, or other third parties, and we do not control their networks or systems. We are not liable for message delivery failures or carrier fees associated with A2P messaging.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bubble Raffle Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your misuse of the services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all rights granted to you in these Terms will end, and we may delete your data, except where retention is required by law or our legitimate business interests.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or a message on our website). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, except that either party may bring an action in small claims court. A mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider will conduct the arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class‑action lawsuits.
